How it works
Attach a receipt to any expense in four steps
Add a new expense
Open your group and tap "Add Expense". Fill in the amount, description, date, and category as usual. The receipt can be attached on the same screen.
Tap Camera or Gallery
Scroll down to the "Receipt Photo (Pro · optional)" section. Tap Camera to click a fresh photo of the bill on the spot, or tap Gallery to select an existing receipt photo from your phone.
Select the receipt from gallery
Your phone gallery opens. Find the receipt photo — like this Nandhana Palace bill — and tap Select. The image is uploaded securely and linked to the expense.
Receipt attached — save the expense
The receipt thumbnail appears in the form confirming it is attached. Tap "Save Changes" and the expense is saved with the receipt photo stored alongside it.

Yes — tap Gallery on the Receipt Photo section and select any image from your phone. You don't need to click a new photo every time.

Yes — tap Camera and your phone camera opens. Click the receipt on the spot and it attaches directly to the expense without leaving the app.
Where is the receipt stored?＋
Receipt photos are stored securely in the cloud and linked to your expense. They are not shared with other members or used for any purpose beyond your own reference.
Is receipt attachment free?＋
