WhatsApp Share
Share balance summaries and payment reminders on WhatsApp — in one tap.
Send the full group balance summary to your WhatsApp group, or remind individual members exactly what they owe with a pre-written message. No app needed for the recipients.

How it works
Share a summary or send personal reminders — two ways to settle faster
Open Balances and tap "Share Summary"
From your group's Balances page, tap the green "Share Summary" button at the top right. It instantly prepares a complete text summary of all member balances and pending settlements.

Choose WhatsApp from the share sheet
Your phone's share sheet opens with the balance summary pre-formatted as a message — group name, each person's balance, and all pending settlements listed. Tap WhatsApp to send it to any chat or group.

Remind individuals via WhatsApp
In the Settle Up section, every debt has a "Remind via WhatsApp" button. Tap it to send a personal message directly to that person — pre-written with their exact amount and your group name.

Message lands in their WhatsApp chat
The recipient sees the group balance summary and their personal reminder — with the exact amount they owe and a link to splitmybills.in. No app install needed on their end.

Why you'll love it
- ✓Two sharing modes — share the whole group balance summary at once, or send targeted reminders to individual members.
- ✓Pre-written messages — group name, each person's balance, and pending settlements formatted automatically. Nothing to type.
- ✓No app needed for recipients — they see their balance and owe amount directly in WhatsApp, no login required.
- ✓Works for any group — apartment flatmates, trip groups, office lunch groups — one tap keeps everyone informed.
